Breathe easy

“If you are a sensitive soul navigating deep anxiety and ongoing stress, you deserve a safe space where your mind can finally find some rest.”
Over a decade in the fieldPrivate practice since 2019MSW, University of Maryland

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R, LICSW, LCSW) offering online therapy to adults across New York, Massachusetts, and Florida. If you are a sensitive soul navigating deep anxiety and ongoing stress, you deserve a safe space where your mind can finally find some rest. Here, we honor your spiritual foundation and high sensitivity as strengths, gently working together to quiet anxious thoughts and ease the weight of overwhelm. Many of the people I work with seem fine on the outside but feel exhausted underneath. If you’re feeling stuck in a cycle of building stress, I would love to help you find lasting inner peace.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Worry that loops, even when you know it isn't helping
  • Lying awake while your mind keeps going
  • Feeling on edge, irritable, or short with people you care about
  • Tension you carry in your shoulders, jaw, or stomach
  • Putting things off because starting feels overwhelming
  • Feeling drained after days that "shouldn't" have been that hard

How can I help?

Individual sessions for adults, including elders (65+).

If faith or spirituality is part of how you cope, it's welcome here as a real resource, not something to leave at the door. Spirituality in therapy →

Do you take insurance?

I'm in-network with CDPHP, Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York, and MVP Health Care. If I'm out of network with your plan, I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Do you see clients in person?

No — my practice is fully online. Sessions are held by secure video for clients located in New York, Massachusetts, or Florida.

Who do you work with?

I work with individual adults, including elders (65+). I don't currently see children, teens, or couples.

What is a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)?

A Highly Sensitive Person processes the world more deeply — emotions, sensory input, other people's moods. It's a trait, not a disorder, but it can make stress and overwhelm hit harder. Therapy can help you work with your sensitivity rather than against it.
